FBR chairman has issued directions that now onward no taxpayer will be suspended from active taxpayer list unless there is personal interaction with CEOs and owners of the business at least before 24 hours from the suspension and evidences and list of   Cases will be provided to the chairman FBR and Member operations.

There will also bar on raid on business premises of the taxpayer without the prior approval of the member operations and chairman FBR.
