A good News is here for those taxpayers who have taken any invoices in their sales tax returns as sales tax input, where sales tax was charged under the provincial sales tax authorities, FBR has given directions for immediate resolve the issue and release the refunds as per the already communicated SOPs and procedures.
FBR has notified through its letter of dated 20th May 2019, letter no 68877 for process and sanction refund against such claimed invoices which were previously deferred previously due to non availability of automated verification.
It is pertinent to mention here that SOP and procedure has already been issued by the FBR vide board’s letter no 43043R dated 28-3-2019.
