In the proposed Budget relief was withdrawn and following were bound to provide the CNIC, name, address and NTN of the withholdees in the withholding statements,

– manufacture
– distributor
– dealer
– whole sellers
– Banking companies deducting tax on cash withdrawal and tax on profits.

Now government has decided to extend the date up-to 1st August 2019 for implementation and after that all the above will provide and declare it.
