FBR Changed the System of Revision of Sales Tax Return |
According to official letter written by PRAL (Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited) written to the chief commissioner Rawalpindi, dated September 23, 2019 whereby it has been clarified that system of revision of sales tax returns has been changed and now automatically revision request will be allowed in the system by the concerned officer of the income tax.
It was explained in the letter that now manual request will not be required to be submitted in the tax office by taxpayer but it will be requested through online application in the already available system of FBR. The concerned officer will online review the matter of revision and will decide to allow or reject the case of revision of Monthly sales tax return.
Once the concerned officer will satisfy he will allow the application and same will be available in the system of FBR to revise it by using the revision TAB.
