Taxpayer Registration Form (TRF-01)
Authority Letter in favor of one Member/Partner for the presentation of documents in FBR on behalf of Firm (Signed and thumbed by all Members/ Partners)
Members / Partners Original CNIC
Email Address of AOP / Trust / Foundation
Mobile Number in the Name of Member/Partner which is not used in NTN Registration before
Business Premises Ownership Documents / Tenancy Agreement along with Owner CNIC Copy
Paid Utility Bill (within last three months from the date of Application)
Original Partnership Deed / Trust Deed / Foundation MOA and AOA
